In this technology age, I understand that many people engage in their own property research using the internet. This is great for all parties involved because buyers and sellers are now more than ever very informed about the life of a real estate transaction. Buyers track their desired market like never before and Seller’s now understand how the sell price of their property is determined. Everyone has equal opportunity to research the market.
Accordingly, I wanted to provide a few pointers and a starting point. One thing that both Buyers and Seller’s should understand is that public real estate websites (and MLS sites) often have misinformation and out dated materials. Clients should always fact check with their Realtor, who should have access to a professional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which has up to the minute information.
